Return Policy for Limited Edition Prints & Original Artworks
EU and EEA Customer Returns
Customers located within the European Union or EEA may return limited edition prints and original artworks within 14 days of receipt. Please see the Right of Withdrawal section below for your statutory rights.
Return of Limited Edition Prints
Condition Requirements: Prints must be returned in pristine condition. No fingerprints, smudges, or signs of handling. Original packaging must be intact and undamaged. Print must remain in saleable condition.
Packaging Instructions for Print Returns: Handle prints only by the edges, preferably with white cotton gloves. Place print in original protective sleeve or acid-free tissue paper. Use rigid backing board to prevent bending. Package in original shipping materials or equivalent protective packaging. Ship using a tracked service. We strongly recommend insuring the package for its full value, as you are responsible for the item until it is received by us.
Return Process
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@whitecrowgallery.com. Obtain return authorization and detailed packaging/shipping instructions. Package the item following our specific guidelines for print returns.

Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, we will professionally inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days. If the item is returned in pristine condition, a full refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the return (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). If the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess its condition (such as fingerprints, smudges, or damage), we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value from your refund, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You may request the item be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your print arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please document any damage immediately upon receipt with photos and/or video, and contact us at info@whitecrowgallery.com for assistance.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email):

You may use our online withdrawal form to exercise your right of withdrawal — this is sufficient and no additional form is required. Alternatively, you may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
You also have rights regarding the conformity of goods under EU Directive 2019/771/EU. These rights are in addition to this return policy.

Important Notes
This return policy applies exclusively to EU and EEA customers. All return shipping costs and insurance are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
For customers outside the European Union and EEA
While EU/EEA statutory withdrawal rights do not apply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at info@whitecrowgallery.com within 14 days of receipt if you experience any issues, and we will do our best to find a fair solution on a case-by-case basis.
